Dimitris Veroutis

Dimitris Veroutis is the co-founder of JCD and a financial expert, focused on ensuring the success of both the company and in turn the properties we manage. Originally from Greece with an English background, Dimitris now lives in London. His education in an international school in Southern Africa allowed him to meet Charlie and Jed where all three of them created and set up the foundations of JCD. Dimitris always ensures landlords reap the financial benefits of any agreement with us. Dimitris regularly manages cash flow and monthly rent, ensuring timely payments and optimal financial performance. He thoroughly evaluates deals for financial viability, maintaining smooth and profitable operations. Dimitris is a welcoming presence within the team, always available to provide support and assistance to both clients and landlords.
Prince Nyato
Internal Fundraiser
Prince Nyato is JCD’s internal fundraiser, playing a vital role in securing the financial backing needed for the company’s growth. Originally from Tanzania, he now resides in London, working closely with Dimitris to raise funding for JCD. With experience in both independent fundraising and securing venture capital, Prince is skilled in approaching investors and ensuring JCD remains well-funded to provide top-tier property management services. Committed to successfully leading JCD through its seed round, he plays an integral role in the company’s future. Beyond his expertise, Prince is the team’s source of energy and humour, always keeping morale high and making his presence truly valued.
Teddy Cheesman
Marketing Manager
Teddy Cheesman is JCD’s marketing manager, known for his unique blend of creativity and structured strategy. With expertise in online marketing, he utilises social media, targeted campaigns, and digital branding to generate awareness for JCD and the properties we manage. His efforts not only drive new business for the company but also attract high-quality tenants, ensuring the properties under our management remain well-occupied and profitable for both JCD and landlords.
